Chinese Tea Culture


We start with pure spring water and brewed green tea, adding a “scoby”
(Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast). During the natural fermentation,
Kombucha becomes rich in probiotics, amino acids, polyphenols and active
enzymes. The “scoby” not only serves to aid in the fermentation process,
it also protects the brew from outside bacteria.


Try it! Since it’s a cultured drink, it has a tangy taste similar to Apple Cider.
Most of us are so conditioned by sugary sweet beverages, the slight tartness may
take you by surprise at first.


During the fermentation process, gasses are naturally released into the tea. Bubbles are evidence of the natural effervescence. We do not artificially carbonate or pressurize it.

We filter our serving dispensers in the morning, but by afternoon and evening, you may see small threadlike “floaties”. Kombucha is a “living” product, and the threads are the starting of new “scobies”.


There is no more alcohol in our Kombucha than in apple cider vinegar, in other words, infinitesimal, if any.

Kombucha has no caffeine naturally. Made with a small amount of Green Tea, which has about the equivalent caffeine of decaf coffee, there is almost no caffeine in our Kombucha.




       The Origin of Puckville's                               "PUCK"         

       The “Puck” was inspired by the Chinese “Rou Bing (肉饼)”, a savory meat & veggie-filled fried bread. Jun did some changes to the original, wrapping pure meat fillings in a pastry dough, then baking them in a mold at high temperature and pressure to a golden, brown “Meat Pie”. Crispy on the outside, soft inside, and filled with savory meat brings you a delicious & uniquely flavorful experience. The shape made naming them easy.

           Fillings include Teriyaki Beef, Pepper Steak, Fiery Beef, Glazed Pork, 5-Spice Pork, Pineapple Pork, Sweet Chili Pork, Spicy Chicken, Yellow Curry Chicken, Red Curry Chicken, Chicken Fajita and Pepperoni. 

Teriyaki Beef:

  • You can practically taste the islands with Jun's delicious teriyaki marinade with pineapple and honey!

Pepper Steak:

  • Freshly ground black peppercorns make this rich Tri Tip steak filling unique and flavorful.

Fiery Beef:

  • Definitely not for the faint hearted. Adding Jun's blended spicy chili sauce marinade to Tri Tip steak makes it a spicy treat.

Glazed Pork:

  • All of tangy, sweet and savory, Jun's marinade for this filling is truly unique!

5-Spice Pork:

  • Jun's magical mix of flavorful spices makes this pork sirloin filling uniquely mild and savory.

Pineapple Pork:
